We demonstrate that a powerful opportunity to support people, groups and organizations to actually act in their own self-interest begins (but only begins) with the recognition that each of us (individuals, groups, and organizations) inflict enormous damage both on ourselves and others as a result of our own widespread and systematic out-of-integrity behavior. However, as a consequence of the way integrity is currently understood (currently occurs, shows up, or exists for people), as we have said, much out-of-integrity behavior is not recognized by people, groups, and organizations as being out of integrity. As a consequence, for the most part people, groups, and organizations do not recognize that the damage inflicted on themselves and others from their out-of-integrity behavior is in fact a result of their own out-of-integrity behavior. https://ssrn.com/abstract=2963231
